Once you successfully complete the TSI Certification you can qualify to join our global network of trust facilitators.

The Pillar of Trust licensed program includes IFB℠ courses, tools, and strategies and can be used to achieve deep cultural transformation.  Consultants, trainers, coaches, and organizational change facilitators (i.e. executives and management) can benefit from this 12 month licensed program. It provides coaching and consulting paths for building trust and healthy relationships within organizations, both interpersonally and structurally.

Because trust-building takes time, unpredictable situations can emerge during the transformation process. Therefore, in addition to giving you access to proven transformational materials, courses, and strategies,  licensees participate in monthly calls especially designed to support them with emergent, complex situations. Licensed Courses 

We are committed to bringing well-designed courses to you that you can get licensed to facilitate. The only prerequisite for licensing is the Trust Style Inventory Certification.  Our proprietary Interconnectivity, Flow & Balance licensed courses are:

1. Becoming a Conscious Organization

The objective of this course is to introduce participants to conscious organizations: What they are, how they operate and the modern leadership skills needed to operate them. This course is for leaders and facilitators who are building trust-based cultures and would like to take their organizations to the next level of performance. This course can be facilitated in one or two days.

2. Building The Pillar of Trust

This one day course helps participants learn more about the Pillar of Trust so they can strengthen team cohesion and performance. Trust is at the heart of the Interconnectivity, Flow & Balance  so all our licensed packages connect with the Pillar of Trust. Participants will learn how to restructure relationships and understand when relationship strengthening is not possible and what to do in cases like this.

3. Trust and Loyalty: Creating a Healthy Culture

Studies show that change initiatives often fail. One reason for this is low levels of trust. Oftentimes trust and loyalty are viewed as interchangeable, but loyalty has the potential to generate unhealthy dynamics that perpetuate unhealthy work environments. This one-day IFB℠ course helps participants recognize unhealthy patterns and equips them with skills they can use to address them.

4. Say Yes to Me Mastermind: Using Self-Trust to Achieve Personal and Professional Breakthroughs

This is a leader-led IFB℠ mastermind with multiple purposes: a) to help participants learn about self-trust so they break through self-imposed barriers; b) transformed behaviours; and c) creation of a support system for goal setting and accountability. This is a 6 or 12-month program that involves monthly calls/meetings and interim peer support. Trust-building is a process so this intervention is useful as a longer-term methodology.

Our Licensed Program and Courses are perfect for both Individual Practitioners and Organizations.

Within organizations, executives, managers, trainers, HR professionals, organizational development practitioners and culture specialists can be certified for an organizational license which provides them with the tools they need to implement the Pillar of Trust Program internally.

Individual practitioners or small business owners interested in offering the Licensed Programs to clients are also welcome to join our global network. We work with coaches, consultants, and change facilitators who offer one or more of the following services:
